I'm a North West England-based coffee enthusiast by the name of Brian Phillips. founder, author, and head brewer of the Coffee Blog Youtube Channel, The Coffeeworks, and bestmachines.coffee.
Around 1987, when I was about 10 years old and started going local coarse fishing with a flask of coffee, I started my journey with coffee. Coffee then became something that reminded me of the peacefulness of sitting for hours at the edge of a pool, generally not catching anything, but as happy as a pig in muck regardless.
