The Level 1 Reiki training at Yogasth Vidyapeeth is a five-day training; no prior knowledge is required. The Level 1 course on the art of self-healing will teach you how to access your own energy fields and balance them for self-love.You have to love yourself before you can start healing others. During the Reiki master's "Initiation," the healing channels are opened and awakened, allowing you to connect with the Reiki energy and gain more confidence, self-awareness, and intuition. Level 1 covers the history and tenets of reiki, chakras, a summary of the five element theory of energy, and self-healing procedures. You will also receive an attunement from The Master of Reiki. After completing the Reiki Level 1 Course, A First Degree Reiki Certificate will be awarded to you.
