Selection Partners was founded in 2000 with the aim of helping people change their lives by creating job opportunities on board major cruise lines.
It is currently the only agency in Argentina approved and certified by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in relation to the 2006 Crew Employment Convention, which came into force on August 20, 2013.
It is headed by Graciela Bidone, responsible for local and international operations. It also has a large team specialized in the recruitment and management of shipments for the different companies.
