About
For the last decade and a half, India and most other parts of Asia have been spearheading the adoption of reverse auctions, which has revolutionized the way supplier negotiations were conducted across many medium-to-large organizations, irrespective of industry.
On the flip side, other eSourcing features such as RFIs and RFPs have seen limited adoption. With no technology innovation in the strategic sourcing space, eSourcing has remained a project-based activity – achieve some savings in the short-term using reverse auctions and when returns start diminishing, discard.
Krinati resolves to make a difference. With inputs from consulting organizations, procurement leaders and suppliers, Krinati’s Sourcing solution leverages knowledge management and team collaboration to provide a comprehensive solution that enables customers to achieve a long-term sustaining ROI. Contract Management and Supplier Management solutions from the Krinati platform will aid customers to ‘Source with Control’ through greater compliance and reduced risk.
The Krinati motto is to ensure customer success. This motto influences our behavior before the sale is done to ensure success metrics are well understood and the team is empowered to deliver on them.
